I am very experienced at treating anxiety/panic, OCD, depression, interpersonal/relational struggles, grief, trauma, life transitions and issues special to women and new parents.
A passion of mine is supporting and improving maternal and parental mental health, for example navigating issues around conception, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum concerns, transitions of parenthood, or concerns about a child’s behavioral difficulties.
I have specialized experience in improving parent-child relationships, particularly if there are attachment/bonding concerns or if children seem to be exhibiting difficulties in relation to a traumatic experience. To learn more about this, you can click here.
